“In The Mixx” recently attended the 32rd annual legendary Buffalo Chip Music Festival in Sturgis, South Dakota last week.
Several artists hit “The Chip” and performed live including; Kid Rock, TESLA, Toby Keith, Rob Zombie, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Sweet Cyanide, Sublime with Rome, Robby Krieger, and many more.
Kid Rock kicked off the festival! Rock wow’ed fans and didn’t skip a beat with a non-stop performance through thunder, lighting, hail, and rain.
KIDS’ energy was infectious, at the outdoor amphitheater, to the hundreds of bikers and fans in attendance who happily sang and danced along in the rain throughout the performance.
Tuesday, thousands of fans flocked to “The Chip” grounds to witness Toby Keith in action. The crowd revved their bikes with approval when Keith waved his red solo cup to adoring fans below.
Wednesday, Rob Zombie went all out for his performance that included the set from his current worldwide tour. Zombie’s stage performance was the most visually stimulating, with special effects, theatrics, and constant set changes. Die hard zombie fans stuck out in a sea of biker babes.
Yet, it was NYC’s home grown rock band that kept fans wanting more…. Sweet Cyanide a rock band born in the Bronx, performed 4 consecutive nights at “The Chip” and kept crowds entertained with a different set list each night.
