ITM recently hit the NYC premiere of “A.C.O.D.” (Adult Children of Divorce) which is an “Indie” film getting big buzz, written and directed by Stu Zicherman.

The comedy stars Adam Scott, whose character, Ben Wyatt, thinks he survived his parents divorce yet, suddenly finds out that he was the main subject of a major study and novel on divorce, written by his child therapist played by, Jane Lynch.  The“Parks and Recreation” star,  goes from playing Amy Poehler’s hubby on the hit series, to being Poehler’s stepson in “A.C.O.D.”

When ITM asked Poehler what it was like to go from being Adam’s wife on Parks and Rec to his stepmom in “A.C.O.D.” she laughed and replied, “Strangely easy!  It was fun to get to yell at each other.”

Scott, who said Poehler is his favorite actress to work with also told ITM what he wants viewers to take away from the film,  ”I hope that people will take laughs away from it.  Can you take laughs somewhere?”
