The battle rages on between Kris Jenner and ABC News as the reality star continues to deny giving “no comment” about ex husband Bruce Jenner for his interview with Diane Sawyer.

The “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star claims that ABC News only contacted her for “fact checking,” which Kris felt she could not respond to since she had yet to see the show.

A statement issued on Kris’ behalf read, “Kris does not have official representation but a message was left at her office and she was asked for fact checking.  Kris said she was unable to respond because she had not seen the special.  She did not say, ”No comment.”’

Unfortunately for Kris, ABC is calling her out, insisting that they reached out to the famous mom “more than once” saying, “ABC News sent an email to her publicity team more than once.  They called and said no comment.’

Hmmm…

While Kris may have missed the chance to comment during the 2-hour special on her ex husband, she was sure to voice her support via social media.  Jenner said, “Not only was I able to call him my husband for 25 years and father of my children, I am now able to call him my hero.”

Better late than never!
